How Our Kitchen Remodeling Contractor Team Works
Every project begins with a free design consultation and ends with a walkthrough. In between, you get a written contract with scope, materials, price, and payment phases, backed by California's rules: a deposit of $1,000 or 10 percent of the contract price, whichever is less and three business days to cancel the contract, five for homeowners 65 and older. When a permit is needed, we submit to the City of Encinitas Building Division and schedule every inspection.
